7. Conflicts of Interests

Ask yourself, what is
best for our Group?

Never let private (that’s personal or family) interests impair your duties or interests of Embracer in any way.

So, before you join a board of directors, or a club, or take part in political or public affairs, other business activities or even secondary employment, ask yourself: What is best for our group?

Both actual conflicts of interests and the mere appearance of a conflict of interests must be avoided. You are required to report actual or possible conflicts of interests to avoid potential consequences for yourself under employment law or criminal law and to avoid harming Embracer.
