Don’t be
a cheat.

Out there in the real world, you can only win if you play by the rules. At Embracer we’re a winning bunch not a cheating bunch. 



As an employee you are required to strictly observe antitrust law and our corresponding internal regulations. 

Anti-competitive agreements (include all agreements; oral, written and email) with competitors are forbidden.  

Avoid situations that are critical under anti-trust laws and refrain from and prevent illegal anti-competitive agreements.  

There is a ban on issuing instructions to distributors on the resale process they may charge. Exceptions are made in rare cases. When made, they must be compliant with local law and prior consent must be obtained from the Legal Department.
